Who we are & scope

ShenZhenShiShiShanWenHuaChuanBoYouXianGongSi (“Shishan”, “we”, “us”) operates this privacy notice and is developing an internal application for its own Amazon advertising accounts.

This notice explains how we handle information when you visit this website, contact us, or authorize that internal advertising application through Login with Amazon (LWA). The application is intended for our own business operations, not for managing unrelated customers’ advertising accounts.

Amazon API access is subject to Amazon’s approval and the permissions granted to our application. References below to advertising data processing apply when the relevant integration is enabled. This public page does not itself retrieve advertising data or accept Amazon credentials.

Information we handle

Advertising account and performance data

When connected, the internal application may retrieve account and profile identifiers, marketplace, currency, time zone, campaign settings, ad groups, keywords, targeting settings, budgets, bids and performance reports. Reports may include impressions, clicks, spend, attributed sales, conversions and search-term information, where available and authorized.

Authorization information

The application handles OAuth authorization codes and access and refresh tokens to establish and maintain the connection. Authorization takes place on Amazon’s sign-in and consent pages. We do not ask you to provide your Amazon password to this website or to our application.

Messages you send us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message, contact details and attachments you choose to send.

Technical information

Hosting, network and email providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect their services.

Why we use information

We use authorized advertising information for internal reporting, performance analysis, budget monitoring, troubleshooting and account administration. The initial integration focuses on reading data and generating reports.

If campaign-management functions are enabled later, authorized personnel may use the information to review and make permitted campaign, keyword, bid or budget changes. We will update this notice if the processing materially changes.

We use authorization credentials only to operate the authorized connection. We use correspondence to respond to requests and technical information to maintain service reliability and security. We do not sell Amazon advertising data or use it to build products for unrelated advertisers.

Access, storage & service providers

Advertising information is intended to be processed on our company-controlled server environment. The public privacy website is separate from the internal application and does not publish account data, reports or tokens.

Access to internal information is restricted to personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described here. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process information to operate the services we use. Messages to our published mailbox are handled through the email service supporting our 163.com address.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or where necessary to investigate misuse or protect the security of our systems. Providers may process information outside your country, depending on the services and hosting locations used.

Our handling of information is subject to applicable requirements and Amazon API terms. Our security approach includes limiting access, using HTTPS for data in transit and keeping application credentials out of public pages. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention & deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, applicable recordkeeping requirements and resolving outstanding requests. Authorization credentials are retained while needed for an active connection and are removed when the connection is permanently retired, subject to necessary troubleshooting and security handling.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, where appropriate. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire under the applicable backup process; information that must be retained is restricted to the relevant purpose.

To request deletion or ask about retention of information related to you, contact us using the address below. We may verify the requester’s identity and authority before responding. We will explain if some information must be retained. Deleting copies in our systems does not delete information held independently by Amazon.

Authorization & your choices

Only authorize the internal application if you have permission to connect the relevant company advertising account. You can withdraw its authorization using the relevant app-permission controls in your Amazon account, or contact our team to request that the connection be disabled.

Revocation stops access through that authorization once it takes effect. It does not automatically delete previously retrieved information; request deletion separately if needed. Losing authorization may prevent the application from refreshing reports or performing account operations.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information related to you, or to raise an objection or privacy concern. We consider requests under applicable requirements and verify identity where needed.

Website cookies & external links

This privacy website does not use cookies, browser storage, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms or third-party fonts in its page code. Switching languages simply opens another page. Hosting or network providers may separately process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
